We at "Microsoft" have listened to your feedback, and decided to start work on the next version of Windows, Windows 8 Service Pack- WAIT! This isn't going to be a service pack, not at all! Gosh. I meant to say that we are proud to announce Microsoft Windows 8.1! Now we'll allow you to have TWO METRO APPS running at the same time, and we'll also bring back the desktop you all asked for! And we also promise that it'll be all different on the start screen!

Oh, and don't think anything like Power Menu will fix your "problems", we'll NOT ALLOW you to use 3rd party "Start Menu" clones!
That's all we have to present, Windows 8.1 will come, when its done!
